At Chefs 724 in Island Park, Executive Chefs and brothers Joseph and David Farahat have created a warm, contemporary environment with personalized, friendly service.  Using only the finest ingredients and preparation styles, they have perfected the art of great food and tasty drinks.

The Menu

For just $28.95 per person, you can enjoy their out-of-this-world cuisine during a special prix fixe dinner special. As an appetizer, you can choose from dishes like Risotto Arancini Cakes, Pan-Crisped Chicken Potstickers and Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. For an entrée, Chefs 724 is offering:

  • Herb Crusted Filet of Salmon
  • NY Strip Steak
  • 724 Shrimp Scampi
  • Short Rib Pasta

For anyone with a sweet tooth, your dinner will conclude with succulent desserts, like Chocolate Pot De Crème, Apple Crumble or Classic New York Cheesecake. Reservations can be made here.

As Long Island’s only Belgian bistro, Waterzooi, located in the heart of Garden City, is always setting the standard for cutting-edge cuisine, service and atmosphere. The Fare

From April 22-29, for $28.95 per person, your prix fixe meal will include appetizers like Baked Escargot, Lobster Croquette and Toasted Sweet Potato Gnocchi. The main course menu will feature Bordeaux Short Rib and Carbonade Flamande.

However, many people order their signature mussel pots, such as:

  • Thai (spicy lemon grass, coconut broth and grilled pineapple)
  • Oreganato (lemon, white wine and toasted breadcrumbs)
  • Lucifer (spicy buffalo style, crumbled blue cheese, celery and carrots)
  • Farmhouse Ale (bacon, oven-dried tomatoes, creamy farmhouse ale broth)

Your prix fixe meal will start with appetizers like Pear Salad, Zuppa di Cozze and Vongole al Forno. Then, for an entree, you can order:
